I noticed that on this past Wednesday's show and I actually commented that maybe she put on weight before going to Nicaragua. Some past players have done that b/c they're encouraged too.

My daughter wants to be a cheerleader for midget football but her butt is ginormous. should she try out? i luv her and stuff but she is a bit chubby at the bottom area. should i allow her to try to become a cheerleader or tell her not to waste her time. if she doesnt get in, she will cry and i will need to take her to Chuck E cheese or Cold Stone ice cream shop and my money is tight cuz i'm a single mom. help! |

Cheerleader's thighs/butt.? I've noticed alot of cheerleaders tend to be bigger on the bottom, with bigger thighs and a bigger butt.
What exactly do cheerleaders do to achieve this? We don't have cheerleaders here so I have no idea what type of training they do. |
| squats. go as low as you can (breaking 90 degrees). you'll get a more muscular butt and thighs. lunges are also good, but nothing targets your glutes better than squats under 90 degrees. |

many leg exercizes should help wth your butt, squats and lunges are the best i know of
and for the whole bikini top thing, you should try tops w/ ruffles on them b//c they make your boobs look bigger |
Is there anyway besides going anarexic that i can get a cheerleader body? i'm 5'5", 12 yrs old, and weigh 121 lbs. How can I make fake boobs and a butt that moves/feels realistic? This Friday is the annual Powder Puff game between the Seniors and Juniors. My friend is a cheerleader/homecoming king and we want him to stand out and look the most "flamboyant," after all, it's his Senior year. Even if you exercised all week long, you wouldn't really see a difference in that short a time. :^(
You can try exercising and look for some results over time, but think about it in terms of being healthier and stronger, not how you look. If you get an idea in your head of how you think you should look or the results you expect to get and the exercises don't deliver, you are just going to get very upset about it. (Been there, done that, bought the tee shirt.)

| Stand in place and do the thing where its lk running only u put ur arms out i front of you and your knees touch your hands. Also, run in place while kicking ur butt...trust me, i do gymnastics and thats what they tell us to do for butts and thighs. |

I am a senior and i would like to loose some weight.
I am not fat.. but just not as skinny as I want to be in places like my stomach, my legs, and my arms.

As far as being flexible, that's an easy one! Stretch EVERY day for at least 20 minutes! You will be amazed at how quickly you become more flexible. I am 38, and joined taekwondo at 34. It requires a great deal of flexibility, and I couldn't even touch my toes. I started stretching everyday, and I am now not only more flexible than I have ever been, but I am loads more flexible than nearly all of the guys/teens in our class. Most definately more flexible than all of the other adults, but it's a must every day.
Sounds like you just need some toning exercises...push ups will do wonders for your arms, while squats and lunges are amazing for legs, abs and butt. Spend 20-30 minutes each day doing these simple, and free exercises and you'll be in the shape you want in no time! |

It's not going to happen in a week - as the other poster says, to lose 2" it's going to take about 2 months of serious working out. Dieting alone is not going to do anything. Running and spinning are the fastest ways to tone up your lower half and lose inches.
But seriously, you wouldn't be a model if your agency thought you had to lose 2" off your butt |
